1 ice cream-1 car=7

55=2 cars+1 ice cream

55+7+7=69

69= 3 ice creams

69÷3=23

Therefore, 1 ice cream represents 23.

( 55-23 )÷2=16

Therefore, 1 car represents 16.

36-16-16=4

Therefore, 1 flower represents 4.

Therefore, 1 guitar represents 14.

( 40-14 )÷2=13

Therefore, 1 umbrella represents 13.

Math Textbook Homework Pg 9 # 25 & 26

The answer to Q25 is 176, 2574 and 539. 2^4x11 = 16x11 = 176 which is a factor, so to get the other factors, we should multiply 3^5 and 7^2 by 11 individually.

The answer to Q26 is 3,7 and 13 as these numbers can be used in multiplication with the extra number in the number statement to give a factor of the numbers.

I agree with the mathematician as prime numbers are able to add in many different combinations to make any even
numbers.

Communication ( English Homework )

Communication is important as it allows us to understand what another person is saying. My favourite form of communication is the mobile phone as it can be used anytime and in most places. You should decide on a form of communication which must be effective and will surely be able to contact the person you need to speak to.

The difficulties faced in communicating with others is that you might not always be able to contact them as they might be busy at that time.

I understand from the school value "Expanding Our Learning Network" that it means expanding our sources of knowledge. This value is important as with more sources of knowledge and information, we are able to learn more. It will provide me with more knowledge and thus, I will be more prepared for lessons in SST if I have already learnt a little about that topic.

#2 Team Building Challenge- Debrief (II)-Personal Reflection

I understand about the school value " Forging Excellence" that it means striving for excellence and never give up to achieve your goals. To achieve excellence, we must have determination, perseverance and we also have to be industrious. We should also have a positive attitude when we tackle problems in order to excel.

Lastly, I will voice out more of my opinions to give the class ideas to help the class succeed.

My Experience Working With My Group

I felt relieved as I knew that I would not be taking on the project myself and would have group members working with me. I could communicate with my group members well as everyone contributed their ideas. I have learnt that I should help my group members out more even if we have different roles and tasks to complete. In future activities, I will be more open to help them out.

I did not experience any difficulties working with my group as everyone got along quite well.
